AGE OF EMPIRES 2 CIVS PC
I have also a crappy laptop and I wanted to build a PC but seeing prices and stocks also wallet made me rethink the decision. If you have a crappy laptop or PC you should reconsider buying overpriced stuff this year.

So, well PC parts are overpriced and are in shortage. There have been a few other recently, such as Command and Conquer remastered but nothing has quite beat that original AoE2 experience for me.įor me, AoE2 and Starcraft2 have been amongst the best RTS games of the last 20 years, i look forward to what gems FrostGiant may come up with and to the input from the community which might help create another masterpiece. Whilst Starcraft2 was a big hit for many people, I never found my self too attracted to the game as it only has a minimal race selection, and its games are over far too fast for my liking. This is perhaps one of the reason why the HD versions and the Definitive Editions have been released and became such a big hit over the last couple of years with many people on steam returning to their childhood game that they had loved so much growing up. With a large number of playable civs and many unique units and bonuses per civ, the replay factor was HUGE! And, with a host of mechanics and features that were beyond its time, the only thing it really lacked, was detailed graphics and effects. Its simple, fun, easy to learn, and satisfying progressing through the different stages, each unlocking different techs and units, its satisfying coming up with different plays and the unit combat is oddly satisfying for something so simple. Whilst there are a number of different Age of Empires games and expansions, i find my self returning to play AoE2, time and time again. My question today is, Is Age of Empires 2 - Age of Kings/Conquerors, an All Time Classic?

I grew up on Age of empires, it was my bread and butter. There are many RTS games out there today, both past and present but what counts as a good game? or a bad one?
